What do you enjoy most about working for FCN?
I take great pride in watching the business grow and seeing our people succeed, progressing through the company thanks to their hard work and dedication. What excites me most is the impact we make, whether that’s filling a last-minute shift that requires the whole team to pull together, or welcoming a candidate who has built a strong relationship with us over time. Those moments reinforce the value of what we do.

What has been your favourite thing about work since joining FCN?
As the very first employee—starting the business from under my stairs, it’s incredibly rewarding to look back and see how far we’ve come. One of the highlights has been watching the team grow, while maintaining a strong culture built on values, work ethic, and commitment. We place culture at the heart of our hiring decisions because we know the right people are key to our success. I also love seeing the positive impact we make on both candidates and clients every single day.

Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
My goal is for FCN to continue being one of the fastest-growing recruitment agencies in the sector, driven by hard work, strong ethics, and a genuine dedication to both clients and candidates.

Why did you decide to join FCN?
Initially, I’d heard Brad was a great person to work with—but on a serious note, I wanted to create something different from traditional agencies. Too often, agencies cut corners, treat candidates poorly, and focus solely on profit. I wanted to build a business based on long-standing relationships, ethical practices, high-quality service, and cost-effective solutions.

Tell us one fun fact about yourself that not many people know.
I’m a proud husband and father of three, and my family motivates me every day to push myself further.
